Our Patron Donors empower PPV to expand access to high-quality care for children and families, creating a profound and lasting impact in fulfilling our mission.

• Support critical programs and services at PPV that can include:

  • 30 or more children with Child & Family Vision Specialist services

  • Low vision devices for 4 or more children needing assistive technology

  • Visual stimulation kits and educational material

• Invited to our major donor thank you gathering and family events

 

Champion ($10,000 - $24,999)
Our Champion Donors fuel essential training and program development, empowering Child & Family Vision Specialists to deliver exceptional care.​

• Supports critical programs and services at PPV that can include:

  • 15 or more children  with Child & Family Vision Specialist services

  • Low vision devices for 3 or more children needing assistive technology

  • Visual stimulation kits and educational material

• Invited to our major donor thank you gathering and family events

 

Advocate ($2,500 - $9,999)
Our Advocate Donors advance PPV’s powerful partnerships, innovative programming, and essential resources, ensuring children and families receive the specialized care, education, and support they need to thrive.

• Support critical programs and services at PPV that can include:

  • 10 or more children with Child & Family Vision Specialist services

  • Low vision devices for 2 or more children needing assistive technology 

  • Visual stimulation kits and educational material

Our Pillar Donors strengthen foundational operations and programming that ensure the continuous delivery of our mission.​

Our Friendship Donors sustain outreach, engagement, and education initiatives, fostering a supportive network for children and families.
